All Levels Acroyoga
Everyone is welcome
An all-levels acroyoga class where you train at your own pace, with progressions that build from beginner basics to more advanced skills as you level up.
Beginner Acro
A beginner acro class where you learn the basics of partner work, build strength and balance, and progress safely through foundational skills at your own pace, with no prerequisites or experience needed.
Intermediate Acro
Intermediate acro classes feature L-base flows, Icarian pops, dynamic transitions, and creative sequences. Prior acro experience required.
Each class may have a set of recommended pre-requisites.
Standing Acro
Standing acro classes focus on partner dance lifts, balance, and dynamic movement, including hand balancing and foundations of being in two high. Our clasess build strength, timing, and trust.

Handstand and Mobility
Handstand and mobility classes focus on balance, body awareness, flexibility, and controlled inversion training. Classes may include handstand, wrist and shoulder conditioning and mobility exercises.

Sliding Scale Drop-in
We offer a sliding scale of $15-$25 to keep our classes accessible while honoring the work of our teachers.
10 Class Monthly Membership $165
Best for weekly training. Includes 10 classes per month plus one guest pass to share the acro love.
10 Class Pack $180
A flexible pass for regular students who want more room to train without a monthly commitment.
4 Class Pack for $80
A simple option if you want a few classes to get started and find your rhythm.
